"Clean room and good breakfast!"

"Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Loved that hey had Dove products in the shower and bathroom sink. Beds were really comfortable as well. Pool and jacuzzi were great! not too cold and kids enjoyed it, and its open until 11pm. Would stay here again, main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was newer and close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Wal-Mart and food such as Old Chicago."

"There were bedbugs so we couldn’t sleep at first night and checked out the room next day. The bathroom door was broken and fell down, very poorly maintained property."

"The desk clerk upon check in was very helpful. Khaylee (sic) provided great information and assistance since I was a late check in. Breakfast the first morning was a disaster. Cold scrabble eggs and burnt sausage. Long line for the only hot pancake food. Room had not been cleaned prior to arrival. Hair dryer was inoperable and light switches thru out the room did not work. A place to stay and sleep before hitting the road."

"Everyone is hating on this place, but the staff is legit trying to run this place right. They were very helpful and did a lot to make my stay easy."

"Front desk staff tried to rectify issues,but unable to do to lack of items. Started with tissue box being empty, Front Desk was able to finally find a box. Next, I went to wash my hands and the soap dispenser was empty. Took it to the Front Desk, they didn't have a replacement, gave a handful of hotel size body wash to use as hand soap. The next morning, I went to shower and found a used wash cloth hanging on the shower water handles. This leads me to believe that the room/restroom had not been...

"The room was decent, felt smaller than the photos. Although the room advertised on the website a shower and tub combo it was only a shower. The ac worked perfectly and the staff was excellent. The view was nice. There was also a hidden $10 parking fee per night that wasn't mentioned when I called prior to booking. The breakfast was nothing impressive but it was free."

"This hotel was the most run down ghetto hotel. The bedding on the bed contained so many cigarette burn stains. The rooms were missing tvs and refrigerators. They pictures what they show and what you actually walk into is deceiving. Definitely false advertisement.Do not recommend I do not recommend I do not recommend. The amount they were charging for this room per night.It should have been -0.00 her night and I still will not stay there.If it was free, do not recommend."

"We had a wonderful time staying at Kinship Landing. The rooms are modern and immaculate. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and it was a relief to return to an air conditioned room at the end of a long day in the sun. I travelled with my teen son and the bed and loft bunk orientation was perfect for us. The staff is very nice and accommodating too. We had some rental gear shipped to the hotel and they were lovely about receiving it and holding it for our arrival. It was a very nice...

"The room stayed hot and AC was not allowed lower than 68. The breakfast was pastries, boiled eggs, and mayo. No real breakfast at all. Only had one towel in the room. Just not a good stay. Dante was amazing however the best employee they have!"
