"Staff was amazing, BUT just on the next day of my stay ( Out of 7 nights), the construction workers arrived and occupied most of the resort. I booked a stay at a quiet resort and carefully planned it, as it was over a week. Was looking for a peaceful retreat as per their description. It was a complete opposite- the male guest ( construction workers) were very loud, until late hours, crazy music until late and also early morning from 5am, as they were getting ready to work. We were promised and scheduled a shuttle to pick us up from the airport which never came so we then had to spend 60 USD dollars instead of 40 USD dollars which was stated on Expedia but when we got to the hotel, they actually told us it was gonna be $50 USD.
