"After what could have been an uncomfortable and disaster of a stay at a neighboring hotel, my family and I went to the DoubleTree to see of their availability. We had just drove from Iowa, exhausted, overwhelmed and happened to have a 9 month infant who was not only past bedtime but hungry. Immediately, I was greeted by Cameron who could notice I was a little stressed and offered her assistance. Not only did she say she was going to ensure I had a much better experience, but she just made some fresh cookies too for us to have (side note: they were delicious!). She made checking in so incredibly easy and quick, but also ensured that not only my family and I were going to be taken care of, but my best friend who was also in route. Additionally, I just have to mention that during the check-in process I had to step out to talk to my Husband and when I came back to finalize everything - Cameron not only asked me if I needed a pack n play with fresh sheets, but when I told her we had our own because the neighboring hotel didn’t offer one, she informed me she actually already had one ready to go for me just in case! Upon getting to the room, you could smell the clean! The bed and pillows were so comfortable, there were plenty of towels for all 3 of us and it was awesome to see the TV personalized to welcome myself and my family! During our stay we had nothing but great experiences with the staff. The hotel was very beautiful and full of amenities. I would recommend this hotel!"

"Had a great stay at the hotel where we were able to enjoy live music at the venue followed by amazing food at the steak house. The casino was not organized well and had long lines and tables closed when there were large crowds after the show. Overall I would stay here again, however I would avoid the casino."

"We stayed for a weekend for my daughter's bachelorette party, and it was fantastic! The Blackstone District is a great place to venture for what we needed with our group, so this hotel is in the perfect location. The rooms were so nice, and the pool was amazing! I can't say enough about the pool area. Everything was beautiful, and the staff was so kind and helpful. We will definitely come back another time."

"The rooms were very clean. The housekeepers were very nice the front desk people were very nice.. our icebox didn’t work in the room and they replaced it right away. But it does not have a continental breakfast. They serve scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes and soup which my step kids would not eat and My Husband is allergic to eggs. It says it has a pool, but it actually has a bath house pool. Not a pool to swim in, that is hot as heck in there humid and smells like mold. So we had to go pay somewhere else for them to go swimming we had to go eat at IHOP for breakfast every morning. When the whole reason I booked a room at Best Western because free Continental breakfast and because it said it had a pool. And to collect my reward points."
