"I arrived for check-in and was not informed of something pretty important. As I rode the elevator to my room, I saw a sign posted stating that the next morning, beginning at 9:00am (check-out time was 11:00am), the hotel would have pest control experts spraying the hotel for the monthly pest control to prevent future infestations. Although, the sign did not include detailed information, this would lead me to believe that this hotel has a bedbug problem. I'm pretty upset that I even stayed in this hotel and that the front desk worker did not inform me on what was going on. I also made sure I was up, showered and packed and out of the room before 9am. I will not return to this hotel. What a disappointment and waste of good money."
"I stayed here after reading reviews that the rooms were clean. Mine was dirty! I had hair on the shower walls and floor of the shower. I didn’t want to stay but already paid for this non-refundable room. My husband and I questioned if even there was new sheets on the bed. It was my mistake to pick this hotel. I will never make that mistake again. "
"Room was clean, staff was nice.
Our room was in the back which backed up to the Walmart parking lot.
So it was very noisy with trucks . But it did quiet down by 9:00 PM
Just mentioning because it was scary for our timid dog.
I think it would have been better if we were in the front of hotel.
So I would book again just would request the front."
"1. When we booked, I was transparent about having a 12lb Dog. Was told no extra fee. They snuck in an unauthorized charge on my AMEX card for $75 AFTER I checked out! I called 3 times and finally got manager Dan who insisted in the fee because we booked 3rd party and it was on their "direct site". I checked in with my small dog in tow and nothing was disclosed of a fee.
2. I was told there was secure parking for my truck and trailer I was towing with valuable car. When I checked in, I was told to park on the street beside the hotel. NOT what I was told when I called in to make sure they had secure parking.
3. Breakfast was a joke.... What you would find at the less expensive, budget conscious chains. Oh wait - no - those cheap hotel breakfast have fruit such as a banana, this place had nothing!
4. The HVAC in the room turned on and off every 3 minutes and had a horrible vibrating rattle. It kept me awake most of the night even with earplugs in.
*Beware of this overrated hotel. Definitely not your normal Hampton Inn."
"Bugs all over the bathroom counter; piles of dirt and debris in the corners of the room. Floors notabley dirty. Stray cats all over the outside corridors- the room was simply uninhabitable due to bugs."
