Das erfährt man beim Front Desk, wenn man sich gewundert hat, dass am nächsten Tag die Zimmer nicht gereinigt, die Betten nicht gemacht und auch keine frischen Handtücher da sind. Also, haben wir das Housekeepingfür den nächsten Tag bestellt. Leider ist diese auch nicht gekommen, trotz Anfrage. Wir hatten sozusagen drei Tage lang keine gemachten Betten, es wurde nicht geputzt und Handtücher gewechselt. Diese hat man sich dann immer selbst am Front Desk...

"It was such a beautiful hotel they just need to be more informative and clear about and extra charges resort fee and 1st night fee of $40 for parking, we were told it was $20. But other then that room amd staff are always professional and kind. "

"Upon arrival, the staff seemed serious and not very welcoming. They were efficient enough though. At a quick glance, the room did not seem like it was dirty. Once we settled in, we noticed little gnats flying around the room. Then we noticed stains on the walls, crumbs on the floor and the musty scent became harder to ignore. "We had a great time here, we have camped many years but recently sold our camper and chose this place because it was close to the strand and on the seawall. I did not realize it was pet friendly until after I booked it so I brought my dachshund with us and he had a blast! There were lots of other dogs everywhere was very clean and I’m a little nutty when it comes to cleanliness! The rooms was nice, ice and filtered water was available and the morning breakfast was nice and has tons of nice clean...

"Een standaard kamer; niet zo groot en zeker de badkamer is klein en onhandig. Er ligt een matrasbeschermer op bed waardoor je erg gaat broeien. Wij hadden een kamer met zeezicht, maar je kijkt voornamelijk op het dak van het hotel. Niet de moeite waard. Ik vond het niet het fijnste hotel, en in de buurt is er weinig te doen. Wat wel fijn was is het zwembad; gezellig en fijn om er te relaxen."
