"Front desk staff and restaurant staff were excellent in customer service. The bars were the opposite. They, the bartenders did not acknowledge you until you ask for service. I understand they're busy but a simple saying such as "we'll be right with you" would've been nice. Very simple, just acknowledge people."

"Overall, it was a nice stay . I just did not like that We did not have a microwave in our room or anywhere in the hotel to warm up our food and when you are playing the casino, they're supposed to be free drinks. We were told we couldn't get the free drinks, which was not true because it was a sign of the state, and I was told that from other staff: I did not have a breakfast at all, but I did have the bar food, which is pretty good"

"This property is a on property stop for the monorail . Which i found to be awesome . You still have to rent a car for a trip beyond the strip. But having the monorail on premises made it so much easier to get around. Start your trip form mgm and walk your way back to Westgate. Or cut it short and take the mono rail back to Westgate for a pit stop . Room was clean its an older casino so expect some milage in bathrrom and room. The price per night was cheapest on Expedia. Will stay here again...
