"When booking the room I requested a room on the lowest level possible. Staff were able to get us a room on the first floor. The room was a very nice sized, updated, comfortable King bed, comfy pillows, with a spacious bathroom and shower. There were a lot of outlets and USB plugs. The bed came with reading lights on both sides of the headboard. Lots of options for different lighting. We ordered dinner from the bar and grill. Prices were decent. Food was great. "We booked 5 rooms and the AC was not working in 4 of them. One of the rooms also smelt so terrible we had to move to a different one even though we booked all non smoking rooms. Only one room had a pleasant stay with clean bedding and working AC. Also “breakfast included” is a stretch. They had a coffee pot and some instant oatmeal. The front desk staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable."

"Green office seat in room was found to be dirty. Had only two napkins and top sheets were found to have stains. Rest of bed found to be acceptable. Really loved the tv welcoming sign."

"Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool area was loaded with unsupervised kids so no relaxing dip but the kids gave it five stars. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again."

"The front staff was amazing! The room was very clean, the cleaning lady was super friendly! But the only thing that sucked was the breakfast lady. I went up for breakfast at 7:30am. Since breakfast was from 6-9. As about 16 people were in the room I saw their plates empty, me thinking they were probably done but no I go to open the sausage, eggs, look for milk and she states, “I’m not making more eggs, theirs no milk, and no sausage, once it’s out it’s out.” I looked at my 4 kids and said it’s...

"After a long drive to get there, i needed a shower so i could get up early and leave. The shower knob was broken, no water would come out. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance up which cost us another hour of being able to get a shower and get in bed. I sat on the side of the bed waiting for maintenance to finish, and the entire mattress flipped up. By the time it was time to shower, there was only 1 towel for 3 guests.
