"We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

They are definitely making big changes as one area outside was completely under construction - looks like they are expanding their outdoor area. "Upon arrival room appeared dirty and sheets seemed dirty? Was told sheets are changed per request? Bathroom sink had a very slow drain appeared clogged no came to repair it during my stay??? Front desk were not very informed of interesting tourist information. Would not recommend for future trips!"
