"I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for sauna and steam room You can not swim in the pool You don’t have jacuzzi This was ridiculous. Instead of paying 40$ which is a ripoff you get discount 20% So I paid 32$ I stayed 5N , and you don’t have any entertainment, everything is over 30$, even a Cesar salad is 29$, dessert is 15$, taxi to and from airport is 40$ for 3 km."

"Ailu var ett perfekt stopp för oss på vår resa genom norra Sverige. Det var underbart att komma till en plats där vi fick hemlagad mat och bekväma faciliteter efter många dagar på vägarna och i fjällen.."

"clean room as described"

"Helpful staff, with a pub open till late."

"Rooms are clean but need be to tell front desk a day ahead. Location is central for day trip pickup and supermarket is nearby."

"An all-around 10/10 bucket-list experience! Wow. Just... wow. I stayed here last night and I’m still buzzing. I watched the auroras dance all night long from the comfort of the warm glass igloo without even needing to step out into the cold. Hopping into the outdoor hot tub/spa area right next to the cabin under the stars was the absolute highlight."

"Room was clean and staff was excellent"

"A great hotel with a real sense of warmth and tranquility, fantastic staff and clean well made rooms. It sits at the top of the Ounasvaara hill, so prepare for it, but we loved it. The views over the forest, with the town beyond, are lovely. It's a lovely walk along the forest path down to Rovaniemi (about 2km), we stayed in October and there was no snow. Be prepared for the climb back up, or hop in a taxi for a short ride. The restaurant is a real highlight: local flavours, beautifully served...

"Amazing property to rest, enjoy and watch the northern lights. Restaurant is amazing super delicious food and great service from cute waiter."

"Sowohl die Unterkunft als auch das Frühstück waren fantastisch! Auch der Zimmerservice war sehr gründlich. Selbst unter den Betten und in den Ecken war kein Staubkorn zu finden."

"We stayed for one night, and the room was clean and well-maintained. However, the bathroom was quite small, with limited space to store toiletries and other amenities. The only place to hang towels was on a rail directly above the toilet, which felt somewhat unhygienic and could be improved. Our room was located in the basement, and since there was no elevator, carrying our luggage up and down the stairs was somewhat inconvenient. The breakfast buffet offered a reasonable variety of food...

"This hotel is absolutely top class. Staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, well laid out with large well maintained rooms. The breakfast spread included in the price is very good with something for everyone. The Arctic Light restaurant open in the evening serves great reasonably priced food."
