"Friendly staff, a spacious room, good breakfast selection. Table tennis and table football in the atrium and loads of games in reception. The pool looked fantastic for families and people who wanted a proper swim but we were too busy exploring Copenhagen to use it. There was also a gym and sauna. Plenty to keep everyone happy! The location is perfect for the underground, Tivoli and is walkable to the centre. We walked along the waterfront on our first night. Beautiful!"

"Excellent location just a few minutes walk from Copenhagen Central Station and the subway station about 100 metres from the hotel. Very close to lots of restaurants with Tivoli Gardens and Stroget, the main shopping street within easy walking distance too.
Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. But staff are only on duty from 8am-8pm.
The continental breakfast with fresh baked pastries delivered to your door at 8am, and the in room fridge stocked with 1 piece of fruit, 1 yoghurt,...

"We love this hotel - staff is nice and happy to resolve any query, breakfast is absolutely top 1 within all hotels I know, the sauna and pool are our fav places. We stayed there few times and will surely come back.
A very unique thing is that my child gets a little activity pack from the hotel - just a little something, but very thoughtful and boosting creativity."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, just about a 5-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. There is an elevator that takes you directly down to the train platforms, making it extremely convenient, especially when traveling with luggage or taking the train to the airport.
The room was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well every night. Everything was neat and organized, making our stay even more...
