"Had to wait almost an hour and a half for a room after getting there 35 minutes after checkin time. Room stilling getting cleaned at almost 5pm it was a whole lot of people in the lobby waiting on there rooms to be ready. I made my reservation almost 4 moths ago. I will say it was a nice Hotel and the lady at the front desk was nice and did her best. They got the heat the worse and it wasn't there fault. Management dropped the ball on Saturday's check-in big time. Im scared I might have ti wait...

"Our stay was HORRIBLE. 2/3 elevators were broken which led to long lines. Check-in is on the THIRTEENTH floor so it’s not like we could take the stairs. There’s a long line going out of the door for the one working elevator. Waited forever. Going to check in, we were told they were still getting the rooms ready, we were there ON time for 4pm check in. They didn’t mention it would be a TWO HOUR wait, hanging out in a bar with all of our luggage. Ordered drinks, bartenders had zero personality and...

"We were in the 6th floor and it was evident that there was an issue with the air conditioning. There were fans in the hallway. Our room AC was set on 65 which was that when we came in our room but the temperature in the room never went down past 74 degrees. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Only dealt with it because we only needed a room just to get through the night. Hopefully it gets fixed soon but to know there’s an AC issue as a whole and still book people in those rooms is a little absurd to...

"We always stay here when coming to Charlotte. It is close to everything. We went to the airport, outlet stores, and just cruised around the city. Staff is always so polite and rooms always clean. Daily nreakfast, nightly dinner and drinks included! Cant beat it!"
