"The pool was dirty"

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay this weekend. The pool was closed due to construction, and the rooftop bar area shut down at 10 PM. With temperatures over 90 degrees and it being NBA Championship weekend, the amenities were the primary reason my wife and I chose this hotel. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations, and we left very dissatisfied."

"Didn’t like this property - the room wasn’t bad but the corridors, stairs and elevator cab weren’t clean. I travelled alone and didn’t like that the room opened off the external corridor. I did appreciate the breakfast and airport shuttle however."

"Only 2 working elevators of the 4 and housekeeping was using them too making the wait when you had your suitcase and couldn’t use the stairs way too long and then cramming people in."
