"Great Hotel Room and Amenties "

"Great air was not working moved to another room."

"Real Missouri, clean staff was very professional and friendly"

"Room was not very clean. Bathroom floor and shower was gross. The fabric at end of bed had red sticky stuff all over it. Staff was responsive to neighbors fighting though so that was appreciated."

"Very convenient location if attending an event at The Spectrum Center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the shower wasn't the cleanest. The bathroom floor also could have used a good steam. Luckily, I always bring my own cleaning supplies."

"The valet was mean towards my daughter. Her first adult trip. The cost to park was insane. Weird location. She was approached 3 times by beggers right outside"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large( I had a regular king) and bed was comfy. Breakfast was good but limited. Had to request yogurt and no fresh fruit. Difficult to find the property. Needs better signage . "

"Our sink drain was broken and would not drain at all. There was no available maintenance person at the time the issue was discovered. We were offered a change of room but we had a child already asleep so this wasn’t convenient. The next morning breakfast was disappointing. The pancake machine was out in of pancake batter, the yogurt machine was out of yogurt, the toaster smelled like fire, the coffee station was out of flavors, the tea station was also out of stock of our usual favorites that...
