"Location is 5-star and only surpassed by how attentive and kind the staff are. The room is left, A/C works beautifully as does the shower, sink, etc. Great water pressure!! However, I did find a small ball of the previous guests’ hair in the shower floor, which was cleaned when housekeeping came in the room. The towels are great and big but have holes in them, which as a dude traveling solo I didn’t mind but I know my wife would have. Great Location comes at the cost of the street outside...

"Overall we had a great stay. We wish the complementary breakfast had more varieties and have more protein based options like boiled egg, scrabbled eggs etc. we stayed for 5 nights and we got bored of eating same breakfast after our 3rd days. Also I wish they had hand soap or bars. It was inconvenient to wash hands just with shower gels since they are not exactly the same. Otherwise we loved our stay! We will definitely book again if travel México city again."

"The property is in a great location in Roma Norte and you can walk many places - it’s a very safe neighborhood. The front desk staff are friendly. The only issue is checking in as you communicate through What’s App and the person may or may not be there.
