"NO ELEVATOR, annoying to climb stairs with big luggage. Location was perfect, bakery and cafe nearby, the best double chocolate vegan cookies, melted in my mouth! Sheets were not very clean, had hair and stains on them. 60% quiet, the walls were pretty thin so people stomping/whooping and hollering in the middle of the night sucked, but I just blasted white noise and was okay. We had a very small amount of toilet paper sadly for 3 people. There was a washing machine but no detergent...

The only issue is checking in as you communicate through What’s App and the person may or may not be there. "I went in a solo trip to Mexico City as a female and was a bit apprehensive at first due to safety concerns. Because of flight delays I didnt end up getting to the property until 3AM, but despite this their service and communication was still great. The apartment had everything you would need, and was clean and beautiful. There was one morning I was up very early for an excursion and the security guard was nice enough to wait with me until my ride got there, which was above and beyond!"
