"The key card feature in the elevators is not activated, so people who don't stay at the hotel can get to any floor, which is a big safefy concern. The room is clean but the shower is too small. The front desk staff are not very friendly. The waiters at Paperback Tavern treat guests very differently, more friendly and welcoming to White guests."

Cool part of town-only drawback for us was that you were on your own for parking. If you aren't burdened with a car, the location is central to mbta and commuter rail and not far from Logan."

There was dust on the desk, "mini-bar" snacks, and coffee maker. No fridge. No ice. Small gym that is not 24/7. Front desk is lovely, but just no reason to stay here. "
