"Stayed here for the second time during a trip to Detroit and had another great experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Despite being close to the airport, I wasn’t bothered by any noise and had a very quiet stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I would happily stay here again."

"The hotel couldn’t find my reservation because Expedia never sent it to them. The manager was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to help me as I stood at the counter trying to check in. Eventually the call was disconnected by Expedia with no resolution or reservation sent to the hotel. Now I’m stuck with paying for a three night stay at a hotel and I didn’t even stay there."

"The property was well kept the only issue I noticed on this visit was my key card kept getting inactive every morning and we had to get it reset also our toilet seem to have some type of plumbing issue you would have to flush twice for it to flush. Breakfast was good I just wish the hours extended to 10am instead of 9. As everyone doesn’t wake up early while on vacation. All the staff was nice and helpful. I would stay again."

"I've stayed here a few times flying into, out of and through Detroit. It's close to the airport and has a 24 hour free shuttle. It's a common place for Delta to send stranded passengers so the shuttle (and check-in) line can get long if you hit it wrong.
The atrium area is really nice. I like hanging out there. The free breakfast buffet is among the best I've ever had. The eggs actually tasted like real eggs. They had a great spread of the typical stuff including make your own belgian...
