"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The staff was terrible. I called ahead of time to have a pack-n-play added to my reservation, but when I arrived, there was no pack-n-play in the room.
When I brought this up to a staff member, they said it would be a while before they could get to it, since they had several tasks to finish before their shift ended. I wouldn't have minded waiting 10 minutes or so, but they told me I'd need to wait until the next shift comes in at 11pm — it was only...

"Walked into the room "an upgraded room"....to be hit in the face with cigarette smoke!
Got switch to another downgraded room to have the EXACT SAME ISSUE....Then was told that was all the rooms they had.... So apparently people smoke in the location and nothing is done about it. Had to wait 10 days for a refund while haveing to find another place to stay that night!!! SO INCONVENIENT!!!! I'll never be back there no matter the cost.."
