Stefan was very helpful during check-in, as well as that other times during our day if we needed assistance i.e., the hotel does not have central air-conditioning, but Stefan brought us a fan that kept the room comfortable. As with many historical hotels, the rooms are small; the amenities we’re satisfactory. Location wise, it was perfect as we were literally a block away from the old city river walk area."
