"Our stay was wonderful. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The tour and tasting was a must have experience. The grounds are beautifully designed and maintained. Our only problem was the coffee maker had to be replaced because it didn’t work, and no instant coffee was provided. I did miss my timely first cup prior to getting dressed. Overall, it was a lovely experience. "

"The property is gorgeous! Very remote, so expect a long drive (the direction we arrived from required us to drive on a winding unpaved gravel/dirt road for a few miles). It was also a little difficult to find—there aren’t very obvious signs at the road. We parked in the wrong area because you apparently needed a code to enter the correct place, but we didn’t know the code until we walked in to reception. So we had to move our car. "You are paying for the view!!!! This hotel was not worth the money spent in my opinion. The hotel staff was not very accommodating, though the restaurant staff was lovely. We had to bring our luggage up to our room and back down during check in and check out — no one even offered and trust me it was a hike to get it up there. Also they overcharged us at every turn. At their overpriced wine testing (which they were unprepared for our reservation, not set up and didn’t remember what we booked)...
