"Superfijn verblijf van 3 nachten. De shuttle service werkt perfect. Behulpzaam personeel, schone kamers, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Bushalte in de buurt naar het centrum van Verona maar rijdt niet frequent, om de 1 a 2 uren."

"The hotel was a short walk from the main part of town with lots of shops , restaurants and the marina . The front of the hotel had a very beautiful Olive Garden with a pool in the center . "Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden täglich belegt und ist hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wirkt sauber bis auf dem Schrank wo Staub herumliegt. Ansonsten war es wirklich sauber und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Klimaanlage läuft wie eine Schweizer Uhr nämlich perfekt! Die Parkplätze sind gleich am Eingang zum Hotel und es war immer welcher vorhanden. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Gebiet würden wir dieses Hotel bestimmt wieder buchen!"

"I didnt like that their policy is anyone over the age of 1 pays like an adult, my son is 3 and sleeps with us and shares food with us. So thats $15 extra per night. Other than that its a clean and modern hotel and the restaurant has good food"

"This property is well run with friendly staff who know how to please their guests. A great breakfast every day for 16 consecutive days at this wellness hotel without noisy kids was a delight for us. We were supposed to be on a cruise but an accident happened to my wife enroute which meant this hotel was our bolt hole for recovery of a displaced hip. We truly enjoyed our forced R&R at this great property near Verona Italy. Thanks to all at Saccardi, John & Judy"

"This hotel had an excellent location lakeside and within the walled area of the castle.There is a thermal swimming pool in an adjacent building which was very good. Our room was large but the bathroom was very small for example the bidet was so close to the wall that it could not be easily mounted. The TV was also very small so difficult to watch the world cup. "Lo bueno: excelente ubicación, edificio antiguo muy bonito, jardín interno espectacular con árboles añejos y terraza para desayunar y comer, desayuno muy completo, buen aire acondicionado en habitaciones (no hay en el resto del hotel), personal servicial. "Ein wirklich schönes, ruhiges, sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück war immer lecker, gab für jeden etwas. Parken kostet 5 Euro pro Nacht, ist aber vollkommen ok da sich die Parkplätze in einer Tiefgarage befinden. Gerne wieder!"

"room was clean and had comfortable bed and plenty of good towels, air conditioning could not be manually controlled so a little warm in the room at times. staff were always very helpful and many smiling faces. breakfast had enough variety but why no fresh juice? (coffee machine made up for it). its a shame you have to pay extra for cold drinking water during the day, but respect it is a scarce resource in the summer good location half way between old and new town with little jetty to swim from"
