"The property is clean and obviously fairly new. That being said, the area is fairly run down and it’s on a very noisy main road. The blinds in the bedroom were insufficient regards managing daylight levels and so the room was very bright, very early. Curtains over the blinds would be ideal. And whilst it has TV it doesn’t have any terrestrial channels but rather just streaming services (so I had to do a Prime video/itv x free trial just to watch the World Cup football). "No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"I was unimpressed with the cleanliness of my room. The sofa was too dirty to even sit on. The shower was not working as both shower heads were damaged. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom - none of it mine. And I needed to wash crockery and cutlery before I could use it. Being on the ground floor meant people parked 3ft from my window, shining bright car lights into the living area, talking and revving loudly late at night.
