"A very nice hotel; the staff are friendly and helpful, and the owner is a great person—very conversational. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is excellent."

"Perfect"

"Wonderful little hotel. Will stay again when in lovely Luzern"

"Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. There was nothing about the hotel that met our expectations. The overall experience was poor, from the condition of the property and cleanliness to the service and general atmosphere. The room was not comfortable, and the hotel did not feel welcoming or well-maintained. For the price, the experience was simply not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely choose somewhere else for my next stay."

"Breakfast was great! Very close to bus stop, and the hotel gave us free bus passes 🙂"

"Great location. Tiny room, much smaller than expected. Bed was not comfortable, no air conditioning, steep sets of stairs to reach rooms."

"Fantastic location, friendly staff, clean. Would stay there again."

"Location was the main point. A bare bones approach, good enough for sleeping, nothing more. I guess this what you get in Switzerland in that pcice range, which was not low by any means."

"Service is exllence"

"Beautiful setting!"

The room was beautifully decorated, modern, and extremely comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of places within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. My only concern was the price. It was honestly one of the most expensive hotel nights I've ever paid for. I'm not sure whether there was a special...

"Nice little hotel in a great location. Nice and close to the train station, lake, shopping and the bridge. Only bad thing was the WiFi was pretty much non existent up in the room and the furniture pieces were too big for the room, couldn’t even open the bathroom door all the way."

"Charged extra fees"
