"The stuffs were very helpful getting my luggage in and out, The room was spacious and quiet considering in the middle of busy Shinjuku Kabukicho. Two cons: the bathroom mirror area was little dark for make up application and shower curtain leaks water badly to the floor. Other than that we enjoyed convenient location of this hotel."
