"Lovely hotel, beautiful view from the balcony over the lake. Must be one of the nicest positions in the vineyards in Chexbres area. Room was fine size, nice en suite. Comfortable beds. No Aircon or fridge which would have been nice in the heatwave. Would definitely go again."

"We drove and had a parking spot directly outside the front of the hotel. Upon arrival I asked if there was any upgrades to our original room which the hotel accommodated for a small fee. We was blessed with perfected weather and had an excellent view of the lake which made great memories"

"Expedia should not categorize it as a hotel. There is NO daily cleaning. Secondly when Expedia filters hotels for criteria like airconditioning , they will include a stay that sponsored but no aircon. This is classified as a 3 star hotel. The furniture that is used to meet the criteria is of post world war II vintage. The cleanliness rating of this stay is negative. The dirt under the bed is disgusting. "All the staff really went out of their way. I know that lots of reviews say this, but I needed to ask lots of the staff while I happened to be there and nothing was too much trouble. They were always friendly and smiling and happy. Could not recommend more highly."

"Directly hotel access parking garage was available with fee. Hotel offered free Lausanne public transportation card so that we could use a metro and bus to the city center. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Every worker smiles and greets us. The room was sparkling clean, beautiful decorations. Bedding was super comfy with fresh sheets. However we feel uncomfortable about the room layout. We stayed in a business twin room. Shower room door and toilet door were frosted glass. Also...
