"The rooms and the building were lovely. My complaint is with the hot tubs. I brought a brand new black bathing suit along and maybe that was my mistake but there were so many chemicals in the hot tubs that after a multitude of washing my suit, it had changed from black to light grey after 1 use of the hot tub. One!!!! That’s $100 down the toilet to replace it. Advise: if u use the hot tubs, bring a crappy old bathing suit. Wow not a good first impression of this hotel. "

"The property seems to be a bit beat up. I remember it as a lot nicer. Staff was just OK. Breakfast was the usual...and I picked Country Inn because I thought their breakfast was a bit better than elsewhere. It is not. No toiletries in the bathroom and the body wash in the installed containers in the shower was empty. So, not that impressed by this stay at all. Mattress was comfortable though."

"BED BUGS! Do not stay at this hotel. We found a bed bug crawling on our pillow when we were winding down for the night. We documented it and reported it to staff immediately, got a new room but felt absolutely disgusted. Save yourself and book elsewhere. It was a complete nightmare and when we requested a refund, we were denied. "

"This hotel is great. We’ve stayed here before and I’d give it a 10/10. It’s under renovation right now and we had no idea when we booked this hotel. Things were upside down in the lobby, the game room was closed, no tea or coffee or hot chocolate that they usually have. Breakfast was terrible as well it was loud with a lot of banging from the Reno’s above us. Also it was to include two drinks which it did not. "The room was very outdated and the beds were awful. We went to the bar to grab a drink at 9pm and it was closed. Staff were very friendly. "
