Dalla terrazza si vede il campo di golf
Personale cortese, qualche problema nel trovare la nostra prenotazione. Attenzione al cambio tra euro/dirham sfavorevole. La tassa di soggiorno ci è stata comunicata alla fine prima di lasciare il riad, mentre il pagamento del soggiorno è stato chiesto subito all’inizio. Suggestive le parti comuni, camere piccole con lenzuola stropicciate, luci scarse o non funzionanti. In una delle camere non c’era armadio ma solo un cassettone. Colazione buona.

Mooi afgewerkt hotel, top personeel, kleine kamers maar ook kleine prijzen, zeer centraal en auto voor de deur. Naast de golfbaan, en dat is een must voor elke golfer! 120 man personeel voor 9 holes, volledig omringd door een minimaal 10 meter hoge kantelenmuur. Achteraan het paleis met honderden ooievaars.

hanno fatto accomodare nel salottino e offerto the alla menta e dolcini buonissimi.I ragazzi dello staff fantastici in tutto.Grazie anche a loro abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza a Meknes.Consigliatissimo

Ottimo, peccato per il freddo
Esteticamente eccezionale, personale cortese e disponibile, letto comodo, posizione ottima, centrale ma fuori dal caos, colazione nella media, buona la cucina del ristorante. Porte troppo piccole, non c'era spazio per poggiare i bagagli, bagno minuscolo con doccia attaccata al water, l'aria condizionata è centralizzata e non si spegne fino alle 23.30, nel complesso ottimo soggiorno

Sehr enttäuscht! Nur 1 Kaffee zum Frühstück incl!!
Wir hatten für drei Erwachsene Personen gebucht, Das Zimmer war winzig klein (ca 9 qm), wir konnten nur zwei Handgepäckkoffer mit hinein nehmen. Es war sehr klamm und roch etwas muffig.
Es fehlte eine Bodenmatte im Bad und Toilettenpapier.
Nicht so schlimm, aber fiel negativ auf.
Außerdem war es das einzige von 10 Hotels unserer Marokko Rundreise, wo es keinen Begrüßungs- Minztee gab :(
Freundlichkeit beim Empfang sehr gut, netter Herr und junge Dame, aber sehr unfreundlicher älterer Mann bei der Abreise, der so dreist war uns die 2. Tasse Kaffee. die wir zum Frühstück bestellt hatten (es waren winzige Tassen Nescafe mit Milch!) mit je 2€ zu berechnen!!! Es sei nur eine Tasse includiert?!?!
So etwas haben wir auf der ganzen Welt noch nicht erlebt.
Also, wenn jemand unbedingt dort nächtigen will, bitte vorher kalkulieren, dass nur eine winzige Tasse Kaffee zum Frühstück includiert ist und jede weitere 2€ kostet

Magnifica ubicacion
Al lado de la ciudad inperial y 5 minutos plaza lahdim. Todo muy cuidado y detallista. Se puede aparcar puerta. Wifi malo. Cena correcta pero cara para marruecos. Se puede jugar golf campo ciudad imperial por 500dh con palos y caddie.
