"We had a wonderful stay at Ungasan Clifftop Resort. The service was excellent and made everything so easy and enjoyable for our family. The staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The beautiful access to Sundays Beach Club was definitely a huge plus and the stunning clifftop views made the experience even more special. We would happily stay here again."

"Beautiful Villa for the value, had a private pool! Staff very friendly and helpful. "

"The staff were friendly and attentive. The pictures in descriptions doesn’t match the actual reality!"

"I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the services are of a high standard, and the entire team was attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable, and everything was very well maintained, making my stay truly enjoyable. As a small suggestion, it would be great to have a few more coffee sachets available in the room, especially for guests who enjoy starting their day with a good cup of coffee. "very cute place, secluded, but can still hear noisy road users at night. Sheets and towels were heavily stained despite asking for a change. Seems to need a renovation and some deep cleaning. Floors felt sticky and dusty despite asking for a reclean. Staff was friendly and helpful, and accommodated to our early check out request."

"Amazing"

"Lovely villa. Super comfy beds and pillows.. host was lovely and responsive- use his WhatsApp not hotels.com to communicate… we did have no running water one day, but host got it sorted quickly and was not a fault for this at all . One of those unavoidable problems… due to Bali being a developing country… Happily stay again"

I think I may have been there during the off-season, which likely contributed to how quiet and peaceful the property felt. The staff were very nice and attentive throughout my stay. The property is a bit secluded and away from everything, and drivers sometimes had difficulty finding the location. However, there is a supermarket and a nice local warung...

"凄く素敵な宿泊施設です。ただお湯が全く出ないのでバスタブにもシャワーも寒い思いをしました。それ以外は完璧です。"

"Big place for the price and it's nice and clean. I stayed on the second floor with a balcony. Service was great and the staff was extremely helpful and above all, friend!"

"Lia was the perfect host, along with her amazing team. We had a truly wonderful time from start to finish. Lia went above and beyond, from arranging an early check-in to managing bike hire and helping with everything we needed during our stay. She and her team made our experience seamless and memorable. A special mention to Geovani as well, who liaised closely with Lia and ensured everything ran smoothly prior to our arrival. Our stay was absolutely perfect, and we highly recommend meeting Lia...
