Whether pre-check-in is completed or not the process for check-in is by far the worst part of the experience here. Last night the staff focused on everything but checking in. When I asked why the pre-check-in because they did it all again manually anyway, they said don't know we're just the bar staff??

Was a brief stay and only for one night following a wedding in the hills. Room was very clean and very comfortable. The desk while not able to accommodate our early check-in, gave us easy instruction on checking in after hours.

We didn’t get the room we asked for which was a Queen and twin bed room we got a twin and single bed room for 2 adults and 1 child and 1 infant. The cleaning staff only replaced towels nothing else . It has no toaster or microwave and no bowls or cutlery the wifi and tv didn’t work either did the room service scanner and we were placed at the other end of complex away from all our family

The beds are single beds just pushed together to make a queen size, so you sink on the middle. The bathroom had pubes, and I found the staff dismissive.

Great shower two things i didn't like.....aircon was not very good looked a bit dirty. needs some servicing, i think. the other was a great gig spiderweb in the same corner. that was there the whole 4 days. otherwise i was very happy with everything..thank you.ill stay again some time in the future
