"Check in was good with Steve (young) welcoming us. Though we have an Express service on Fri and full service on Mon, there was not enough of toiletries and tissues for the two of us. Also the salt and pepper sachets were not replenished during both the services. "

"10/10 You will have a FAB STAY HERE if you decide to choose this place! It is super modern and great location ! Rooms are very crisp & clean ! Lovely space in the lobby with great vibes. Can sit down there & have a drink with a friend or solo, or do some work on your laptop, having such friendly staff there also helps ! They really are so kind and approachable, always happy to help ! You really can’t go wrong, the only thing I’d say to be aware of is if you need housekeeping to do towels/bins , all good but they can miss your room, so just give reception a call by 16;00 if they haven’t done it, they missed mine 2 of the days even though I had the correct sign on the door. The one time I got lucky calling reception and they came to finish it, but the other day they’d already gone home. But everything there in general is just amazing, its exactly like the pictures. A great mix of every age group, solo & group travellers. You can walk everywhere if you need to but there is public transport close by if you prefer ! Can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely stay here again ! :)"

"Easy check in process The facilities were first class. The food was yummy and the mini bar was probably the biggest and varied choices I’ve ever seen in a hotel room."

"The parking was $70 per night which we weren’t told about when checking in. The service from the front desk was terrible. I emailed the hotel about the high price of the parking and no one responded. We’ve stayed at the Dorsett Gold Coast many times and only ever pay $20 parking. I wouldn’t stay there again"
