"Everything was very clean, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was great with easy access to transportation! I’d say the only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are very compact, the bathroom door glass, and you should che k the hours of the dining room"

"Good location, just a lot of construction when I stayed and when I asked staff what ammenities they had ie slippers etc, they weren’t very helpful. Took asking 3 different people to get a proper answer"

"An awesome new apartment. Very nice inside, great staff, great location. Highly recommended."

"Nice eclectic boutique-style hotel. Breakfasts were very good and the service also. Very comfortable environment."

"Staff was very helpful and apartment was clean. Included secure parking which was very helpful."

"This is my first one-star review and it is very valid. I have stayed many times at this property and understand its location and proximity to the hospital. I have always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are your biggest issue. The are lazy and often distracted and the desk is often empty. On my check in day, I called ten times and no answer, I then had Expedia call the property and no answer. I sent an email and no reply. There is no way a guest can check in...

"Great place to stay. Good location. easy parking."

"Got to hotel very late after cancellation of my train trip. Reception was open and I was treated very well. Lovely room and delicious breakfast. Thank you for a restful stay."

"Central location close QV and Melbourne Central, with plenty of good cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable which suited my needs as I was staying in Melbourne for work. Though situated in a laneway, it can get a bit noisy early in the morning with deliveries and roadworks."

"Staying with family during the trip, this is a nice hotel with good location, friendly staffs, clean."

"staff are great"

"The hotel was very clean, as was the room. The room was very spacious. Great hot water in the shower, friendly reception staff and cleaners. Parking was easy and well priced. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked lovely!"

"Great location, 10 to 15 minutes walk from Melbourne CBD. Tram stop outside building. Staff were friendly. Room and bathroom were spacious, balcony was a bonus. Spotless room."
