"Contaced the front desk twice to say the aircon wasnt working and the room temp was going up, ended at 26c... never had oneone come and look/ fix. Bit as important the tv didn't work either. When your paying £190 for one night and we are in a heatwave not very happy!"

"Decent hotel, not as close to Stanstead as initially expected, but there is a very handy regular shuttle bus to and from the airport. Only downside is that the rooms are very noisy, you can definitely hear what sounded like planes taking off well in to the night."
