"the location is excellent--only a few minutes walk to the central square of Todi. Manu is an excellent host and provides a very warm and genial welcome to the property. The room was spacious, very nicely designed, with a very comfortable bathroom and very nice toiletries. "Appartement au centre d’un mini village pittoresque perdu dans la campagne. Le feu de cheminée était très agréable au mois de Janvier! La salle de bain dans l’appartement était vraiment décevant, une simple cabine de douche cheap et trop petite avec la peinture du mur qui s’écaille. Les portes de cuisine étaient mal réglées et la poignée de la porte de l’appartement également. Le personnel est très gentil cependant un service au restaurant qui n’est pas vraiment professionnel. "The location was amazing. It was very close to all the main sights such as the duomo, museums and the underground tour. There were lots of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Unfortunately the accommodations were lacking in some basic provisions that we had expected would be provided such as toilet paper, pillow cases for the extra pillows which we required, drying towels for dishes, Also of importance is that to there is not parking spot provided which we understood from the website...

"Beautiful resort. Attentive Staff. Picturesque setting. Good Food. Overall - a great experience. The reason for 3 stars is they charged one couple in our group 80eu PER NIGHT for a pack and play (folding crib) for their infant. Most hotels provide this for free or 5-10Eu. For that price, they could provide a brand new one each night and let them take it home. That's our only complaint, otherwise it was a nice place to stay. "
