The staff were great, room was a little disappointing as our balcony was just above the roof and view was blocked by the domed roof of the entertainment area. Also the air con didnt work very well, it just seemed to move the hot air around but the temp in October was bareable. The hotel in general was a little worn out. Just small things like the grouting, light switches, socket outlets. Definitely 1st world issues though!

We had a fantastic time here. The food is great and Location is also great. The beach is just cross the road and it is very good for the kids to play. The bus stop is also close and bus goes to all the famous places. The service in the hotel is good too. There are always food and bars open till midnight. As a family, Both adults and children enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Super resort

Super resort, very welcoming and kind staff (especially AJ, Jonathan and Marion), wide choice of extra restaurants. Not much within walking distant except small beach in lovely calm bay, with shallow water. Mini golf very primitive! Overall, would return in the future.
