"We stayed here for the night before we went out for our cruise and it was a great stay! The room and bathroom were spotless! I slept so great, the beds are super comfortable! They also have an IHOP right next door and offer vouchers. They were kind enough to keep our bags for us as well while we went next door to eat. Highly recommend! "

"Morning of the 26th we expected a much better grade of food and choice. Recycled meat hash and fried potatoes. Very cold, good quality ham slices and we expected the leftover sausage patties that were served on the 25th morning would just be recycled and served on Friday morning the 27th. Not acceptable when you choose the Hyatt! Poor food quality. Fail. "
