"I can’t really imagine a more convenient, affordable stay near an airport. The room was clean, the staff was great, and check-in and check-out couldn’t have been simpler with the self service options. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to book here again."

"Hyatt accommodated us as early arrivers with a sick family member and immediately put us in a room, for which we were thankful. However, although the room was sufficient for a short time, it did smell heavily of marijuana and upon reporting this to the front desk we were immediately moved to a lovely room on the 6th floor. Staff was pleasant, professional and understanding. Pool area was clean, but many chairs were in need of replacement. Restaurant was commendable for cleanliness and light fair, but there are limited beverages offered and no alcohol served. Overall, our travel party was very pleased with this particular Hyatt and would stay there again."

"I stayed at the Miami Princess Hotel for two nights and was extremely disappointed by the lack of consistency between management and staff. A day before checking in, I spoke directly with the manager, Ricardo, to confirm that I would have a small fridge and a microwave in my room. Ricardo assured me that this wouldn't be an issue and stated that the staff would be happy to assist me with this the moment I arrived. However, upon check-in, the staff completely declined our request. They informed us that the only microwave available was located by the front desk and refused to provide the service Ricardo had explicitly promised. It is incredibly frustrating to have a manager confirm specific amenities only to have the on-site staff say something entirely different. The lack of communication and failure to honor a confirmed arrangement made for a very poor service experience. I would not recommend staying here if you expect management's promises to be kept."

"The room was not clean, the balcony door was broken as well as several drawers of the furniture were also broken and dirty inside, I didn't feel like storing anything inside those that served"
