"Entire 5th floor AC turned off.
My wife and I got into town late so once checking in we both were excited to get some rest. However, once we got upstairs to our floor it was extremely hot and clammy. In our room specifically our thermostat read 85°. Our AC was completely turned off so we both had to go to bed sweating. I did turn the unit on to 60° and ran it all night. When we woke up this morning the room had only cooled down to 78°."

"The room was musty. We were I. Such a hurry to get out of that hotel we ended up leaving headphones in the room. Tried to call and retrieve them only to be told they didn’t have them. But we know we left them there. Very disappointing.
Door to our room was messed up we had to struggle to get the lock to work. Font door glass was busted up."

"The rooms and lobby were clean and relatively well-maintained. We didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or gym, but we enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the staff did a nice job keeping everything clean and stocked. The hotel was a very short drive from the main road, which has plenty of of restaurants and retail areas. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area."

"Our main reason for choosing this property was it had an indoor pool. When we checked in, we were told the pool was not working and they didn’t know when it would be back in working order. This should be posted on their website.
Another issue is that when I asked for a receipt at check out the young man did not seemed pleased. He was not very receptive at all to questions or acted as if he wanted to be there.
My husband did appreciate the breakfast."

"Great stay! Clean and comfortable. Staff, especially Haven, at the desk were helpful and polite. Asked for a specific room when I booked reservation and it was waiting for me when arrived. Pool was fantastic as was breakfast. If there was one note to make it would be better selection on TV channels. Will always stay here when in the Roanoke area!"
