"Clean room, nice staff. Unfortunately we could not get the picture to stay on the tv. It was the weekend and staff didn’t know how to fix. They offered us a different room but we were not around much after we reported it. My guess is Smart TVs everywhere need stronger WiFi signal. "

After 10 mins i went through the employee door to see if someone fell asleep back there...No. finally someone new came in, said her shift didnt start yet but checked us in. Then no coffee in lobby in morning. All very awkward. Room was fine. It was clean, water was hot and heat worked."
