"Our experience was very different from what the reviews led us to expect. The room was very bright and freezing cold (55°F) when we arrived, and it took us a while to figure out how to adjust the A/C. The hot water in the kitchen took a long time to heat up, and there was no dish soap or sponge provided. The floors were so dirty that my socks turned black. Breakfast consisted mostly of sugary, high-calorie foods, and the coffee was bitter. The front desk staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming....

"The room was clean to an extent. Water was cold for our one day stay. Was woken up at 3am by the noises in the storage room. we only needed it for a few hours due to a layover . Staff was very polite. It’s not so bad if you can overlook the appearance outside. But the water being cold was an absolute no for me ."

"The owner was SO accommodating. We had an early morning to get to Cumberland. She got up early and got our breakfast prepared before the other boarders. Walking distance to many things. Very cozy and nicely decorated. The bed in the Lucy and Ricky room was the best I've had."

"Room was nice. A/C did not cool our room off,it was undersized. It was a widow unit stuffed into the wall. Lukewarm hot water and very little water pressure in shower. The beds were actually comfortable. The parking lot had abandoned vehicles all over the property. Lots of marijuana being smoked by ling term residents no pool that I seen and free breakfast consisted of coffee and cereal shouldn't be allowed to call it a free breakfast but waffle house and Ihop are close to motel. Would not...

"At first glance it looks nice but when we drove over to the room there was mattresses lined up against a wall it looked like they were renovating or something. The bed and sheets were clean but when I walked barefoot on the floor it was very sandy. No hot water in the bathroom sink. I guess you get what you pay for. We did not stay for breakfast so I'm sorry no review for that."

"Breakfast sucked and for a similarly priced room , I could have stayed at the hampton closer to the beach and with a top toer breakfast. Beds were stiff as a rock. Staff were nice and professional."
