"The facility was recently renovated, and we were in fact the first guest to stay in the newly refurbished room. Everything was fine except it was on the second floor, which could make it difficult to carry heavy bags up however, there was a stamp carried out bags up it would be nice if they had some type of lift only for residence but for baggage other than that, it is extremely extremely. I’d like to emphasize extremely well located near everything with a major mall with every store imaginable....

"Clean and competent staff= Great stay"

"The front desk staff was very helpful and gave me a nice room with a view."

"Très bon accueil. Personnel Très courtois, très propre"

"Nice and clean property and the staff was good, the only negative is a few times the maid service didn't compete their task, they left trash in the room but overall we enjoyed our stay"

"Some dirty utensils and some of the breakfast equipment was dirty"

"The room was fine. Built in 1904 so it is what you would suspect. Pool was full of leaves. The caretaker greeted us and told us she would prepare breakfast (frittatas etc) for us and we would eat around 8:30am-9:00am. We were downstairs around 8:30 and no sight of anyone. Two other couples came down and we waited until 9:45am. There was no “we are working on it or anything”. Actually no noise from the kitchen at all. All three couples left looking for breakfast. You can’t call it a bed and...

"The location is excellent, great amenities, good parking and very clean the only bad thing was that the pillows are the most terrible thing I have had in a hotel in yrs and travel for work a lot and roadtrip all yr and boy this was tge worst but everything else fine and the service top notch"

"Just the quaintness of it, decor was “schoolhouse” Darling & close enough to the town to get around easily"

"Room was clean but definitely showing signs of wear and age, sink didn’t drain all the way and there were a lot of rust marks. Just over dingy appearance"

"We stopped here for an overnight stay before a cruise from JaxPort. It was easy to get to, clean, and easily accessible to the port the next morning. Breakfast options weren’t as good as we’d expected, but still enough for a breakfast before the cruise. The room was bigger than expected and the walk-in shower was nice! We would stay here again for the convenience factor, for sure!"

"Nice pool. Close to beach."
