"This hotel was extremely clean and well located. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lucia was especially helpful when I lost my watch and left it behind. The food was also good in the breakfast. I would plan to stay there again if I needed to."

"Hotel was nice, very clean. Very limited tv channels to watch when I was ready to unwind at night. Biggest reason for the low rating was a very rude employee named Michael. I’ve never been treated so poorly in all my years of traveling at a time when I was there for my mother’s funeral and we had reserved many rooms for the family. He will be reported to corporate first thing tomorrow morning."

"First time staying in a "Tru" property. Stayed at the Goodlettsville, TN location after going to the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN to attend an Air Supply concert and stayed one night. EXTREMELY clean and well-kept facility. Front desk staff was very, very friendly - both at check-in and check-out the next day. "While previous reviews make this location sound great, we were less than impressed with the hotel. Perhaps it's the age, but the hotel did not look very clean to the point that we wore sandals in the room the whole time, only taking them off to shower. There's supposed to be no smoking in the building, but when multiple folks are smoking right by the doors, it fills the hallways. The only positive I can give is the staff was helpful and accommodating."

"I got 4 rooms. One room had a terrible poop smell. One room had ants. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Just not a good experience."

"Staff was very kind. I was hoping to use a crib during our stay, but there wasn't one available. They were apologetic and seemed like they cared about the inconvenience. Available cribs were one of the main reason I chose this hotel. The room had quite a bit of makeup or another light brown substance smeared on the door, light switch, and clock. "Enjoyed my stay! Had a week-long conference at the Gaylord, and commuted from Best Western. Free parking and breakfast! Rooms were decent and clean."

"Appreciated the free parking and the quiet area, along with the close proximity to the airport and the Opry. Would have liked a few more breakfast options, but it was nice to have coffee already made in the morning. Bathroom showed signs of wear & age, but not bad. Our stay was very brief but it was good.
