"Our stay was not what we expected. The indication was that there was an outdoor pool. Since the temperature called for a couple of days above 80 degrees we looked forward to the pool, but were only informed that it was still closed since Covid. We also expected a free breakfast, however we were informed on arrival that they also had not offered breakfast since Covid. This was not the stay we expected."

Not installed properly, multiple materials used for repairs, floors were lifting up and separating. NOT ONCE did we get our room cleaned. Not once did we get checked on or asked if we were satisfied. "I didn't really understand the knowledge of their staff when it comes to charge a deposit and I am wondering how doesn't take along to release the deposit money while once you have checked out, the workers should be able to report with in 6 hours or less but the deposit has been on hold almost three days. Cleaning it wasn't very super, just average!"
