"The property would have been great only if they picked up our luggage from the bus port. It is high up in the mountain, very difficult to drag your luggage. Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. No taxi, no pick up, I saw other guests who almost cried, dragging their luggage up to the hotel often on narrow oncoming traffic."

"Great hotel with fantastic balcony views of Lake Como. Very spacious and well kept grounds around the hotel with ample parking. Extremely helpful and friendly hotel staff who go the extra mile for anything you may need. Very clean rooms. Breakfast options were very good with lots of different options. Based a short walk from restaurants and ferry and bus terminals for transport to other locations around the Lake Como."

"The room was a disaster; worn down bed, bathroom dirty, mold in the shower, etc … The girl at the reception was friendly and took the time to explain the neighborhood. But else the stay was not worth its money. The pictures on hotels.com are from a few years ago and do not show the current state of the room(s). Try to avoid this place if possible."

"The location is beautiful and quiet. It is next to restaurant that the hosts own (they will treat like family. I had one of my best restaurant experiences there) and was never disturbed with noise. The hosts were amazing, available at all times, and very helpful. Walking distance to the lake with great views. "

"Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Køleskab og dejligt badeværelse, og indretningen føles autentisk."

"Nära till tågstationen och lätt att ta sig med bil, som vi gjorde. Otrolig utsikt och nära till flertal restauranger. Ägarna var väldigt enkla och behjälpliga. Vi hade inte bokat någon parkering för vår bil i förväg, men de hjälpte oss med det när vi kom på plats. Enda nackdelen var att fjärrkontrollen till tvn var borta så tvn kunde inte användas. I övrigt kan detta boende varmt rekommenderas!"

"One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Beautiful property and spacious room with our own patio overlooking the lake. Very quiet room. The staff are fantastic with help for everything!! The breakfast had lots of variety and everything was delicious. The restaurant is heavy with seafood options and everything we tried was great. The only thing that would make things better is if they had a hotel shuttle in to Bellagio. Even without that service, the bus is super easy and there is a stop...

"Virkelig god modtagelse fra den unge portier! Klasse vejledning og service. Talte et flot engelsk. Ældre slidt hotel, men beliggenheden er smuk. Vi havde balkon mod søen, og det var skønt at sidde der i solnedgangen og drikke et glas… eller to. Ingen restaurant på hotellet, men et par i nærheden. Se dig for, prismæssigt, hvis du går op i den slags. Morgenmaden manglede det varme element. Der har fortrinlig service og god frisk kaffe, rent og pænt, bagerbrød og pålæg, juice osv. Vi manglede et æg...
