"The pool lounger system is the one major flaw here, and it needs fixing. Guests go out around breakfast, leave belongings on loungers, and effectively reserve them for the entire day - often while the loungers sit empty for hours. At peak times, this creates long queues, and you can expect to wait 1-2+ hours for a lounger (even though many sit empty) simply because others are hoarding spots. Management needs to enforce a clear time limit for unattended loungers and stop guests from “saving”...

"The property was great. We had beautiful views of the mountains and lake. Breakfast by Alfredo was delicious and he also serve as our valet and helped with our luggage to our car down the stairs. I did not realize how many stairs there were to get to the building. The only thing I disliked was the faucet in the bathroom. It made a mess.
