"Sean is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed meeting him. The breakfasts were wonderful and very filling. It is a perfect spot to visit Betws-Y-Coed and the Snowdonia region. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone. "

"A last minute booking turned out very well - a nice spacious room with a bath; good dinner with a decent pint of beer and a superb breakfast breakfast the next day. Parking very easy and just a minute or so from the beach. "

"Host really welcoming....breakfast was excellent...room was very clean and furnishings lovely ...bed was so comfortable.. Don't normally sleep well in a strange bed ..but had a fab nights sleep. Great for walks close by ..restaurants 5 minute walk x All in all 10 out of 10"
