"Lovely place to stay just 10 minutes from the centre offering an oasis of calm. The lodges are spacious, clean, the gardens filled with bird song. Our lodge had two bedrooms, we thought we had only booked a single room lodge. The lodge had a large lounge, two shower rooms, two wcs and a little annex with a sink, tea and coffee making facilities (nespresso machine). Each lodge has it's own large outside garden with sofas under an enclosed patio, sunbed and hammock. The pool area is very pretty,...

"Wonderful traditionally decorated room and lovely bathroom with large bath and separate shower. A nice selection of shower gels and toiletries are supplied with various scents. Sitting area with sofa and dining table with chairs leading to the balcony overlooking the lovely gardens and huge pool.

"The property was beautiful and the interior was in the Moroccan style. We were put in a basement room without windows which was not clear when booking. We spent very little time in the room so it wasn’t the end of the world but it did feel like a cell. The staff were lovely though and the place was clean throughout. The gardens needed tending but the pool was clean. It was a half hour walk into the middle of Marrakech which we did and also took taxis when it was too hot. I’d stay there again but...

"Overall it was ok. Unfortunately the service lacked at times and several phonecalls had to be made in order to get any kind of service in the room.
1. EG I pre-ordered in advance some ice, glasses and mixers in advance to my room (I had an exec room). I requested that it be delivered at 6.30. At 7pm I was still chasing which wasnt great as I had invited some people over from my group for pre dinner drinks before dinner we left for dinner at 8. It eventually came at 7.15.
