"Nice hotel, great location but some hidden costs."

"The room was spotless and the balcony, tub and fireplace insert were great. The window in room 33 in the south building was fogged. The kind front desk person tried to help by suggesting we turn on the heat in the fireplace. The window was fogged the whole time we were there, regardless. I recommend the north building."

"The property was in the perfect location with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the Noyo Headlands Trail which we really enjoyed. It was too warm to use the fireplace. Staff was welcoming and helpful The seals were fun to watch from our balcony!"

"Unfortunately we did not receive instructions about the heater and woke up at 1:30am freezing. The thermostat was simple, but nothing we tried could get the heat to go on. Also, I told the staff we like to get an early start in the morning and would need to pass on the breakfast because the earliest time offered was 8:30. She didn't mention no one would be at the front desk until 8am, so as we left at 7am, we left our room keys in a basket by the front door and hoped for the best."
