"Room was very clean and nice to stay in. We received an upgraded room on check-in, and the views of the lake from this room were wonderful. I am not sure what we would have had if not for the upgrade. Staff were friendly and helpful. The A/C worked great and was really needed for us, who were not accustomed to the heat and humidity. "It is super conveniently located, good private parking (at a charge). The place is clean, typical Italian decor (colorful and lacking of finish) - absolutely ok! We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility).
