"I’ve stayed at this hotel often. Location location location. This time my room seems to have been renovated. The bathroom specifically. Looks to be mostly new. And despite World Cup soccer and weddings and business meetings the property felt wide open and spacious. Parking is a little more expensive this time. The front desk staff and coffee shop cafe staff are permanently happy and smiling. I will be staying here again."

"Unfortunately the hotel had surprisingly canceled our reservation some time ago because another customer with the same last name was canceling theirs … it was an annoying and stressful situation at our check in since we were in town for a family party, but it could have been worse if they had no rooms left. Fortunately we were able to get two rooms as we had reserved. Unfortunately we got a smaller rooms at a higher rate :("

"The property was clearly an older lower quality hotel that Hilton purchased and tried to revamp. It was connected to a Hampton inn. The stench of you smelled when you walked in lingered through the entire hotel. The elevators were sketchy and dirty. The rooms carpet smelled like someone spilled spoiled milk that someone put carpet cleaner and vacuumed. There was rust around the bathroom, no light in the bathroom light fixture. Their wall behind the door felt like if you pushed it would cave in,...

"The room itself was relatively clean however, the stairs and the hallway had clearly not been vacuumed in several weeks. There were bags of trash piled up around garbage cans by the door when I got there. I presumed the cleanup crew was in progress of cleaning up rooms or something, however, there was even more bags on top of those in the morning. A group of people were hanging out in the parking lot outside, making noise until about 2 AM smoking and drinking. And then probably around 2:30. Some...

"The 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen was spacious and well appointed with everything you might need for an extended visit to the area. Comfy bed, Great shower and very, very nice breakfast with lots of choices! Lovely outdoor sitting area and pool, as well. I would definitely stay here again when visiting family, but preferring to have our own space. Plus, it’s convenient to all the major highways."

"I was scheduled for a 9am surgery at Morristown hospital but when I got to my car I found the battery had died. Mr Wilson at the front desk helped us get someone to jump start the car he then drove me to the hospital so my wife could go to Autozone.He was a lifesaver for going above and beyond. Thanks again"

"Great setup turning a regular room setup into a “suite.” Air control was noisy….ruined sleep. At 4am, we moved to another room for some sleep."

"The property was clean and quiet. There was no food anywhere to purchase. The lobby offered nothing but a few drinks. Staff offered no suggestions as to where to get food. Not sure what they were thinking with the bed sheets. We had a king size bed and the bottom sheet appeared to be a queen size flat sheet that didn't even go over the sides of the bed. By the morning, with turning over in our sleep the sheet was completely off and we were sleeping on the mattress."
