"The room was disgusting. Didnt look like it had been cleaned at all before i arrived. All the staff were completely rude when ssking them for clean towels which they was meant to leave out daily but they didnt do once. Also the keys had to be renewed every day which meant i had to deal with the rude stuff daily. "
