"I was held up in Texas due to weather so I couldn't make it to Des Moines. I understood I was supposed to cancel earlier. I contacted Expedia and they indicated they couldn't cancel. I called the hotel and spoke with a gentlemen at The Best Western and he indicated if Expedia contacts him he would cancel. Expedia didn't even try to contact the hotel. Expedia was the problem not the hotel."

"Breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast. The hotel did have a nice large lobby area that is used for breakfast and open at night for our team dinner."

"Breakfast was fresh and good. Parking got some glass broken on the lot."

"The front desk lady was amazing and fun to talk to but the room was not very nice, food on the blankets and hair all over the bed. The room had an odd smell like mildew or something it was very overwhelming. I didn’t even end up staying the night."

"Nice breakfast, eggs sausage potatoes waffles cereals juice coffee etc. Didnt have a chance to use pool or hot tub. We had the 2 queen suite with couch. Huge room. Accessible. Te only thing we weren't crazy about was a sliding frosted glass bathroom door! A little weird especially if it's not just a couple. "

"The staff here is always amazing. Helpful, friendly and professional. It is always clean. One treadmill does need to be repaired as it stops after a few minutes. The other one works and the pool is clean."
